Access to the Surgery

To support the latest Public Health England guidelines we have moved to a telephone / video triage system for all GP / ACP appointments. If you have an urgent requirement to see a GP, then please phone on the day. The receptionist will take some details and pass this to the GP who will then ring you at some point during the day of your appointments.  Please note no specific time slot will be offered for this.

For any non urgent medical condition you can also request an advance tel / video appointment and this can be booked in for a week or so ahead.

Face-to-face appointments are available to all patients, but you may be asked to discuss your conditions over the phone or online first to assess what would be most appropriate for you

If the GP or ACP feels that your condition is such that you need to be seen, then you will be asked to come in on the day in the afternoon to be seen face to face.

You can also access the eConsult system via the website where you can request non urgent medical support by completing a form. The GP or ACP will be in touch with you within 48 hours of you doing this.
